广东省山区中小河流治理中堤防建设问题探讨

Discussion on Embankment Construction in the Management of Middle and Small Rivers in Guangdong Mountain Areas

近年来随着广东省山区中小河流治理工作的不断开展,一些有别于大江大河的问题也逐渐突显出来,其中一个重要的问题便是山区中小河流治理中是否应该大力提倡兴建堤防。根据多年广东省山区中小河流治理工作经验,从治理任务的河流特点、山区堤防的运用条件、工程现场实例等方面入手,分析了山区中小河流治理中堤防建设的合理性与必要性,进而提出了无堤情况下山区中小河流的洪水防范措施,可提供给从事相关工作的人员参考。

In recent years, with the development of the management of middle and small rivers in the Guangdong mountain areas, some problems that are different from the major rivers have gradually become prominent. One of the important issues is whether the embankment construction should be promoted in the management of middle and small rivers in the mountains. Based on many years experience, this paper analyzed the rationality and necessity of the embankment construction in the management of middle and small rivers in mountain areas, starting from the river characteristics of governance tasks, the conditions of mountainous embankments and the engineering cases. Then, the flood prevention measures of middle and small rivers in mountain areas without embankment were proposed,which could be provided for references to those who were engaged in relevant works.
