上海市闵行区黄浦江沿线水闸防洪标准安全现状分析 被引量:6

摘要 上海市闵行区黄浦江沿线的水闸建成于不同时期,原设计工程等别和防洪标准与修建的年代有关。20世纪70年代以来,黄浦江高潮位多次超历史记录,区域防汛形势严峻,黄浦江上海城区的防洪标准不断更新。基于多年来闵行区水闸安全鉴定工作实践,重点讨论了不同时期修建的闵行区黄浦江沿线水闸工程的防洪标准安全,对比了几个典型水闸原设计和现状工程规模等别,原设计、加高加固工程设计和现阶段区域规划的外河高水(潮)位,分析了现状防洪标准安全状况。成果可为水行政主管部门提供决策依据,也可为类似工程的安全鉴定提供参考。 Minhang District is located in the southwest of Shanghai, which was across the Huangpu River and Dianpu River. The sluices along the Huangpu River in Minhang District were built at different periods, and the grade of original design projects and flood control standard were related to the age of construction. Since the 1970 s, the high tide level of Huangpu River has repeatedly exceeded historical records, and the regional flood prevention situation was severe. The flood control standard of Shanghai city in Huangpu River was constantly updated. Based on the safety appraisal practice of water sluice in Minhang district for many years, this paper mainly discussed the safety of flood control standard of water sluice along the Huangpu River,which was built in different periods. This paper compared the original design of several typical sluices and the scale of the current situation, the design of the original design, the heightening and strengthening of the project and the river height of the regional planning at the present stage. The safety status of flood control standard was analyzed. The results could provide decision basis for water administration departments and provide reference for safety assessment of similar projects.
