摘要
对EPS保温板进行模型简化,视之为一个三元体系:粘结剂-细骨料(泡沫)-粗骨料(EPS),假设三元相互独立,在此基础上可以很容易得通过计算得出满足目标密度的EPS保温板的配合比。由于泡沫作为气相骨料稳定性较差,因此提出引气效率这一新概念以修正三元体系模型的模型误差。设定以200g/L为目标密度并计算理论配合比。验证实验结果表明,基于经引气效率修正的三元体系模型的配合比计算可以得到的较为合理的计算结果。
By model simplifying, EPS insulation board can be considered as a ternary system: binding material-fine aggregate (foam)-big aggregate (EPS), and the mix proportion which meets the requirement of density can be worked out easily base on the model. Because the poor stability of foam, a new concept, air-entraining efficiency, was proposed to amend the model error of the ternary system model. 200 g/L was set as the aim density and then the theorical mix proportion was computed. Verification experiments proved that the mix calculation based on the ternary system with amending by air-entrainingO efficiencyO canO workO outO reasonableO result.
