关于金融新常态下铜陵政府投融资研究

A Study on the Governmental Investment and Financing of Tongling City under the New Financial Normality

文章围绕"政府投融资"展开研究,"政府投融资"是由"政府"和"投融资"构成,其中地方政府是相对于全国范围强调区域的概念,"投融资"是投资和融资的结合。文章首先对近些年来铜陵市政府投融资发展现状进行阐述,其次对其存在的问题进行分析,最后以互联网金融逐步兴起并发展、多层次的资本市场体系逐步健全、金融产品创新层出不穷的市场及价值导向的金融新常态为发展背景,以投融资模式创新为切入点,提出改善铜陵投融资的优化建议与对策,以期为地方政府优化投融资管理实践提供参考。

The research focuses on the “Governmental investment and financing”. The “Governmental investment andfinancing” is made up of “local government” and “investment and financing”. The local government is the concept of emphasizing the region relative to the whole country, and “Investment and financing” is the combination of investment and financing. First of all, this paper will describe the developmental current situation of Tongling City＇s governmental investment and financing in recent years, followed by the analysis of the problems of governmental investment and financing, and finally, this paper will take model innovation as the starting point and put forward improvement suggestions and countermeasures, under the new financial situations of rising the internet finance, strengthening the multi-level capital market system and mushrooming the innovation of financial products. It will provide reference for local government to optimize managemental practices in investment and financing.
