穴位按摩联合中药治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床研究

Acupressure combined traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic prostatitis

目的:观察穴位按摩治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将66例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组32例、对照组34例。在中药内服(加味三仁汤)治疗的基础上,治疗组加用精油穴位按摩,对照组加用安慰剂杏仁油穴位按摩,疗程均为4周。采用美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数表(NIHCPSI)进行疗效评价。结果:(1)治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为53.13%、23.53%,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组NIH-CPSI疼痛或不适评分、排尿症状评分、症状影响评分明显低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合中药治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效较佳,可以明显缓解患者的疼痛或不适及排尿症状,改善生活质量,且无不良反应、安全易行。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupressure on chronic prostatitis. Methods： 66 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 32） and control group（ n = 34）. On the basis of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine（ jiaweisanren decoction）,the treatment group received acupressure combined with plant essential oil,and the control group received acupressure combined with placebo almond oil,all for 4 weeks. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by adopting the Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index by National Institutes of Health（ NIH-CPSI）. Results：（1） The total clinical efficiency of treatment group and control group was 53. 13% and 23. 53% respectively,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.（2）The NIHCPSI pain or discomfort score,urinary symptoms score and symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Acupressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective and safe in treating chronic prostatitis,which can obviously relieve patient＇s pain or discomfort and micturition symptoms,and improve quality of life,without adverse reaction.
