摘要 随着国家及地方经济社会产业结构的转型和对工程技术人才需求的改变,及新形势下我国人才发展战略目标的确定,深入提升学生工程实践能力,是高校亟待解决的课题。作为一所以工科为主的地方高校,着重探索从构建"三横""三纵"实践教学平台,深化校企联合、完善院级学生实践创新平台,整合各类创新竞赛活动建立校级创新平台,全方位提高教师工程实践技能等途径来提升学生的工程实践能力,为国家和社会提供更多、更好的高水平工程技术人才。 With the transformation of the national and local economic and social industrial structure and the demand for engineering and technical talents,and with the determination of the strategic objective of talent development in China under the new situation,improving students' engineering practical ability is an urgent issue for colleges and universities to address.As a local university based on engineering,this paper focuses on exploring the improvement of the students' engineering practical ability by the following measures:establishing the "Three-horizontal" and "Three-vertical" practical teaching platform,deepening the cooperation between the university and enterprise,improving the practical innovation platforms for the students at the college level,integrating all kinds of innovative competition activities to set up a university level innovation platform,improving the teachers' practical skills in all directions,etc.,so as to provide more and better highlevel engineers and technicians for the country and society.
