摘要
介绍一种测定板式精馏塔塔板液相默弗里效率的综合性实验设计。该实验包含精馏操作、标准曲线制作、气相色谱分析等内容。在第n-1、第n块塔板的液相中取样,利用气相色谱测定样品中乙醇组分,可推导出精馏段第n块塔板的液相默弗里效率。该实验涉及化工单元操作和分析仪器操作,综合性强,设备普及、推广面大,可进一步拓展为创新性实验项目,激发学生的求知欲望,提高学生的创新能力和工程素质。
A design of the comprehensive experimental for determination of the tray liquid phase Murphree of the platetype distillation tower is introduced.The experiment includes the distillation operation,standard curve making,gas chromatography analysis,etc.After the sample from the liquid phase of the n-1 andnblock trays is obtained,the gas chromatography is used to determine the composition of ethanol in the sample,and the liquid phase Murphree efficiency of the nblock tray in distillation section is deduced.This experiment involves the operation of chemical units and the operation of analytical instruments with the strong comprehensiveness,universal equipment and extensive popularization.It can be further expanded into an innovative experiment project to stimulate students' desire for knowledge and improve their innovative ability and engineering quality.
