摘要 高校实验教师的工作具有很强的知识性与实践性,很好地体现了"工匠精神"的内涵。实验教师队伍的专业化发展,需要"工匠精神"的传承和培育。实验教师的"工匠精神"表现为专注专一的职业态度、尽责奉献的职业操守、精益求精的质量意识、革故鼎新的创新精神。中华优秀传统文化为实验教师"工匠精神"培育提供了丰沃的土壤,有助于由"匠德""匠心""匠知""匠术""匠行"多维度塑造"道技合一"、行之久远的实验教师"工匠"队伍。 The work of university experimental teachers has strong knowledge and practice,which well embodies the connotation of the "Craftsman spirit".The professional development of experimental teachers needs the inheritance and cultivation of the "Craftsman spirit".The "Craftsman spirit"of the experimental teachers is manifested by the professional attitude of focus,professional ethics of dedication,quality awareness of excellence and new spirit of innovation.The Chinese excellent traditional culture provides the soil for the cultivation of the"Craftsman spirit"for the experimental teachers,which is helpful to construct the sustainable experimental team with the integration of the "Craftsman ethics", "Craftsman mind", "Craftsman knowledge","Craftsman skills"and"Craftsman action".
