摘要
近年来,实验室建设中实践教学与科研、社会服务相结合的趋势发展迅速,使得实验技术队伍的结构及管理政策均应做出相应的调整。该文在对中国地质大学(北京)实验技术队伍进行问卷调查的基础上,对当前高校实验技术队伍的人员结构、岗位职责、职业规划、培训交流等方面进行了分析总结,并提出了对策和建议。
In recent years,the trend of combining practical teaching with scientific research and social service in the laboratory construction has developed rapidly,which makes the corresponding adjustment of the structure and management policy of the experimental technical team.On the basis of a questionnaire survey of the experimental technical team of China University of Geosciences,this paper makes an analysis and summary of the personnel structure,post responsibilities,career planning,training exchange,etc.,of the current university experimental technical team,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
