Management and improvement on operation of scanning electron microscope in Chongqing University

重庆大学电子显微镜中心新购置的两台扫描电子显微镜年度使用机时达到了约4 000h,每年服务近1 300人次,为校内整体效益最好的大型贵重仪器设备之一。该文统计了两台扫描电子显微镜的年度运行数据,并对设备运行整体效益进行了评价,分析讨论了设备运行存在的问题,提出了今后设备管理制度与开放政策的改进建议。

The newly purchased two scanning electron microscopes（SEM）by the Electron Microscope Center of Chongqing University has reached about 4,000 hours of the annual use and served nearly 1,300 people,which has become one of the large and valuable instruments and equipment with the best overall benefit in the university.The annual operation data of the two microscopes are counted,and the overall operational efficiency of the microscopes is evaluated.The problems existing in the operation of the microscopes are analyzed and discussed,and the suggestions for the improvement of the equipment management system and open policy in the future are put forward.
