摘要
针对带式输送机下料口溜槽生产过程中易发生撒料、堵料及损坏等问题,采取措施对下料口溜槽结构进行了优化设计,有效解决了上述问题。优化后的下料口溜槽可提高输送机运行效率,在同等工况条件下,有一定的推广借鉴意义。
aiming at the problems of distributing, blocking and damaging easily occurred in the production process of the chute of belt conveyor, measures are taken to optimize the structure of the chute, which effectively solves the above problems. After optimization, the running efficiency of the conveyer is improved, and under the same working conditions, it is of great significance to popularize and use for reference.
