摘要
基于大倾角上下运带式输送机发电制动装置的工作原理,选择确定驱动滚筒装置实验技术参数,按照一定的设计步骤,设计了大倾角带式输送机驱动装置。通过相关实验分析得知,该装置可以进一步减小带式输送机的布置空间,从而节约并有效利用运物料时所产生的多余势能。
Based on the working principle of the power generation braking device of the high angle upper and lower conveyor belt conveyor, the experimental technical parameters of the driving drum device are selected and the driving device of the big green pepper belt conveyor is designed in accordance with certain design steps. Through the related experimental analysis, it is found that the device can further reduce the layout space of the belt conveyor, thus saving and effectively using the surplus potential energy produced when the material is transported.
