不同锚索参数对预应力场影响的数值模拟研究

摘要 通过数值模拟对某矿2105回风巷不同锚索长度和预应力的支护效果进行分析研究,发现锚索长度越长,支护效果不一定越好;锚索预应力越大,支护效果越好;锚索长度和预应力的选取应相匹配起来,才能达到较好的支护效果。最终确定,在该矿2105回风巷中,4.3 m长锚索的预应力选择为200 k N;6.3 m长锚索的预应力值初步设计为250 k N。 Through numerical simulation, the supporting effect of different length and prestressing of anchor cable in2105 return airway of a mine is analyzed and studied. The longer the length of anchor cable, the support effect is not necessarily better. The larger the prestressing force of anchor cable, The better the effect; the length of the anchor cable and the selection of prestress should be matched in order to achieve better support effect. Finally, in the 2105 return airway of the mine, the prestressing force of 4.3 m long cable is 200 k N; and the prestress value of 6.3 m long cable is initially designed to be 250 k N.
