摘要 针对当前我国架空乘人装置乘人间距机械控制装置在实际应用过程中存在的问题,积极探索了如何创新性地设计出更有安全保障的机械控制装置。该装置不仅将乘车间距保证到了12 m以下,将乘人装置运行速度平均保持在1.2 m左右,增加了运作灵敏度,大大降低了飞车事故的发生概率,而且单套制作成本仅1 200元左右。 In view of the problems existing in the practical application of the mechanical control device of the passenger space of the overhead passenger vehicle in our country, this paper explores how to creatively design a more safe and secure mechanical control device. The device not only guarantees the distance between cars to less than 12 m,but also keeps the average operating speed of the passenger device at about 1.2 m, which increases the operational sensitivity and greatly reduces the probability of accidents, and the production cost of a single set is only about 1,200 yuan.
