摘要 在对采煤机的截割机构进行深入分析的基础上,利用ADAMS仿真分析软件对采煤机截割机构在工作时的动态特性进行了分析,根据分析结果建立了采煤机截割部分截齿在危险工况下的破坏机理,并根据分析结果针对性地提出了改进建议。结果表明:将采煤机截割机构的螺旋升角调整为20°时,作用于截齿上的力最小,能够极大地提高采煤机工作时的可靠性及截齿的使用寿命。 Based on the deep analysis of the cutting mechanism of the shearer, the dynamic characteristics of the cutting mechanism of the shearer are analyzed by using Adams simulation analysis software. Based on the analysis results, the failure mechanism of cutting partial teeth of shearer under dangerous working conditions is established, and suggestions for improvement are put forward according to the analysis results. The results show that the reliability of the shearer and the service life of the cutter,and the force acts on a cutting tooth is minimum,which can be greatly improved when the helical angle of the cutting mechanism is adjusted to 20 °.
