矿用刮板机中部槽新型耐磨堆焊工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对矿用刮板机中部溜槽在生产过程中磨损严重、维护成本高的问题,在前人研究的基础上,提出了针对中部溜槽的断续菱形花纹焊道堆焊工艺。在霍州煤电辛置矿综采工作面使用的SGZ800/1500型刮板输送机对该工艺进行了井下试验。结果表明,采用该工艺可使中部溜槽中板耐磨性大大增强,使用寿命提高一倍左右,经济效益明显。 In view of the serious wear and high maintenance cost in the production process of the middle chute of the scraper machine, based on the previous research, the paper puts forward the intermittent rhombus pattern welding process for the middle chute. The SGZ 800/1500 scraper conveyor used in the fully mechanized coal and electricity mining face of Huozhou Coal Mine is tested downhole. The results show that the wear resistance of the middle plate of the middle chute can be greatly enhanced, the service life of the middle plate can be increased by about one time, and the economic benefit is obvious.
