摘要
某煤矿中斗轮挖掘机故障失效主要是由斗轮断裂轴所造成的,因此,需要通过改变负载的特性,最大振幅特性通过测量来确定,并建立了一个严谨的轴模型,采用有限元方法对轴的操作进行数值模拟。通过宏观和显微图像的断裂面积观测得出:轴断裂位于下方的非金属夹杂物引起,主要由于滚动而导致轴的表面磨损失效,且主要原因为轴未经过热处理。
The failure of bucket wheel excavator in brown coal mine is caused by the broken shaft of bucket wheel, so it is necessary to change the characteristic of load, the maximum amplitude characteristic is determined by measurement, and a rigorous shaft model is established. The operation of the shaft is numerically simulated by finite element method. By observing the fracture area of macroscopic and microscopic images, it is found that the non-metallic inclusions below the shaft fracture are mainly caused by the surface wear failure of the shaft due to rolling, and the main reason is that the shaft is not heat-treated.
