摘要
针对无极绳绞车现有压绳装置的弊端,从运输巷道内是否发生坡度变化两种情况对压绳装置进行力学分析,并提出增加拉紧弹簧数量和对压绳装置布置位置进行优化处理等解决弹绳问题的方法。该改进方案,可以明显提高无极绳绞车的运输效率和压绳装置的使用寿命。
This paper analyzes the disadvantages of the existing pressure rope device of the non pole rope winch, and analyzes the mechanical analysis of the rope device from two aspects of the change of the slope in the roadway, and puts forward the method to solve the problem of the rope by increasing the number of tension springs and optimizing the placement position of the rope device. After improving the rope device, it can be clear. Obviously improve the efficiency of endless rope winch and the service life of the rope pressing device.
