摘要
以采煤机进刀方向上的褶皱地质构造为研究对象,先是对自适应控制技术进行研究,并由此设计出基于循环坐标变换的褶皱地质构造截割路径规划,还实施了仿真实验。通过仿真分析及实验室的实验活动可知,运用采煤机滚筒绝对定位技术,可以快速、准确的定位滚筒,定位误差不会超过0.01 m。
Taking the fold geological structure in the feed direction of the shearer as the research object, the adaptive control technology is studied, and the cutting path planning of the fold geological structure based on the cyclic coordinate transformation is designed. Through the simulation analysis and the laboratory experiment, we can know that the absolute positioning technology of the shearer drum can locate the roller quickly and accurately, and the positioning error can not exceed 0.01 m.
