摘要
以新界煤矿主井连续皮带机运输为工程背景,针对长距离皮带运输的关键参数进行分析,确定皮带的驱动方式式以及皮带带速和带宽等关键参数,旨在防止在动力不足或皮带宽度等参数设计不合理的情况下造成的皮带断裂等故障。
Taking the transportation of the continuous belt conveyor in the main shaft of the new world coal mine as the engineering background, the key parameters of the long distance belt transportation are analyzed, the driving mode of the belt and the key parameters of the belt speed and bandwidth are determined, aiming at preventing the belt breakage caused by the unreasonable parameters such as the insufficiency of power or the width of the belt.Malfunction.
