摘要 在分析铁谱综合分析法过程包括磨损颗粒的定性分析、参数构造的定量分析的基础上,通过磨粒磨损权重赋值表确定分析谱片上磨粒的磨损权重。同时针对某采煤机的左摇臂齿轮箱的磨损情况,通过取样、用KTP型旋转式铁谱仪制谱观察,得出磨损权重统计表。由磨损权重统计表可知特征颗粒权重值大于18,可见该采煤机的左摇臂齿轮箱处于严重磨损状态。 On the basis of analyzing the process of comprehensive iron spectrum analysis including the qualitative analysis of wear particles and the quantitative analysis of parameter construction, the wear weight of wear particles on the spectrum sheet is determined by the assignment table of wear weight of abrasive particles. At the same time,according to the wear situation of the left rocker gearbox of a shearer, by sampling and observing the spectrum with KTP rotary iron spectrometer, the statistical table of wear weight is obtained. According to the statistical table of wear weight, the weight value of characteristic particle is greater than 18, which shows that the left rocker gearbox of the shearer is in serious wear state.
