摘要
在对输送机常见事故原因进行分析研究的基础上,提出了对输送带跑偏和输送带纵向撕裂监测方案,并根据集成控制的要求提出了基于Lab VIEW的带式输送机的运行状态集中监控系统。该系统能够对输送机在运行中的运行情况进行实时监测,确保在输送带运行情况出现异常时及时进行处理,避免事故发生,同时在事故发生后能够及时对事故进行报警,为人员撤离提供时间,避免造成大范围的人员伤亡事故。
On the basis of analyzing and studying the causes of the common accidents of conveyors, the paper puts forward the principle and scheme of monitoring the running deviation of conveyor belt and the longitudinal tear of conveyor belt. According to the requirements of integrated control, a centralized monitoring system of belt conveyor running state based on Lab VIEW is proposed. The system can monitor the running condition of the conveyor in real time, and ensure that the conveyor belt can be handled in time when the operation condition is abnormal, so as to avoid the accident, and at the same time, it can alarm the accident in time after the accident occurs. Provide time for evacuation and avoid causing widespread casualties.
