摘要
以炉峪口煤矿8号与9号近距离煤层为研究背景,采用现场监测的方法,对下煤层三个典型位置处巷道的工程监测结果值对比研究,得出如下结论:锚杆的预紧力和工作载荷总体偏低,需加强施工质量管理,提高锚杆安装质量,重视提高锚杆锚固力;所受监测的锚索预应力均值仅能达到屈服载荷的29.4%,从而影响锚索的总体的锚固作用,应确保锚索预应力达到95~119.2 k N。该监测结果可为这三个典型位置处的巷道提供具有针对性的支护优化手段。
Based on the close distance coal seam No. 8 and No. 9 of Liuyukou Coal Mine, this paper makes a comparative study on the engineering monitoring results of the roadway in three typical positions of the lower coal seam by using the method of field monitoring. The conclusions are as follows: the pre-tightening force and working load of the bolt are on the low side, the construction quality management should be strengthened, the installation quality of the anchor rod should be improved, and the anchor force of the anchor rod should be improved. The average prestress of the monitored anchor cable can only reach 29.4 of the yield load, thus affecting the overall anchoring effect of the anchor cable, and the pre-stress of the anchor cable should be ensured to reach to 119.2 KN of 95 k Ns. The monitoring results can provide a targeted support optimization method for the roadways at these three typical locations.
