摘要
为了提高选煤厂入选能力,尤其在井下原煤煤质恶化时导致无法正常入洗,东滩煤矿选煤厂通过在主选系统入料前增加交叉筛去除高灰细泥对煤泥水的影响,提高选煤厂的经济效益。通过交叉筛的使用,能够满足生产需求,降低了介耗、药剂消耗,经济效益显著。
In order to improve the capacity of coal preparation plant, especially when the quality of raw coal is deteriorated, it can not be washed normally. In order to improve the economic benefit of coal preparation plant, the influence of high ash and fine slime removal on slime water is removed by adding cross screen before the main separation system. The application of cross-sieve can meet the demand of production, reduce medium consumption,consumption of medicament, and remarkable economic benefit.
