EBZ-160型掘进机装载驱动装置技术改造及应用

Technical Reformation and Application of Loading and Driving Device of EBZ-160 Roadheader

针对EBZ-160型掘进机在煤矿巷道掘进施工中装载驱动装置出现的问题,提出了相应的技术改造方案,即将设备中原本的进口马达替换为国产液压马达,配合设备选型以及液压系统对配套设施进行改造,并对改造后的设备进行了实践应用。结果表明,在技术改造后,掘进机的性能没有受到影响,而且大大降低了设备运行维护的成本。

This paper analyzes the problems of loading and driving device of EBZ-160 roadheader in coal mine roadway driving construction, and puts forward the corresponding technical transformation scheme, replacing the imported motor in the equipment with the domestic hydraulic motor. With the equipment selection and hydraulic system and supporting facilities revamping, the practical application of the reformed equipment has been carried out.The results show that the performance of the roadheader has not been affected after the technical transformation. And greatly reduced the equipment operation and maintenance costs.
