摘要
分析了煤矿皮带机电控系统的故障产生原因,探讨了运用变频技术对皮带机电控系统实施优化改造的策略,优化改造的内容主要有电控箱和控制箱的优化改造、变频器的优化改造、主控台的优化改造、变频器控制系统的优化改造,并进一步分析了改造效果。
This paper analyzes the causes of the failure of the electric control system of the belt conveyor in coal mine,and probes into the strategy of optimizing the transformation of the electronic control system of the belt machine by using the frequency conversion technology. The content of the optimization reform mainly includes the optimization of the electronic control box and the control box. The optimal transformation of the inverter, the optimization of the main control station and the optimization of the control system of the inverter are also given, and the effect of the transformation is further analyzed.
