摘要
基于对皮带机固定式张紧装置、恒力式张紧装置、自动张紧装置等不同张紧系统的工作原理的分析,分析了输送机对张紧系统的性能要求,并在此基础上设计了基于PLC控制的自动张紧系统,该系统响应速度快,可远程控制,可对张力进行实时监测并能根据不同的工况实时调整张紧力。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of different tensioning systems, such as fixed tensioning device, constant tensioning device, automatic tensioning device, etc. Based on the analysis of the performance requirements of the conveyer to the tension system, an automatic tensioning system based on PLC control is designed.The system has the advantages of high response speed and remote control. The tension can be monitored in real time and the tension can be adjusted according to different working conditions.
