摘要
针对现有水泥厂联合粉磨机构控制系统在实际生产中普遍存在滞后性大、线性特征差的特点,在对水泥联合粉磨生产工艺流程分析的基础上,提出了一种新的联合粉磨滑模控制系统。该系统利用滑动模态对外在环境鲁棒性强的特点,实现了对水泥粉磨过程的联合动态控制,极大提升了水泥粉磨的生产效率和产品的一致性。
In view of the common characteristics of large lag and poor linear characteristic in the actual production of the control system of the combined grinding mechanism in the cement factory, this paper analyzes the process flow of the cement combined grinding production. A new sliding mode control system for cement grinding is proposed. The sliding mode is robust to the external environment and the joint dynamic control of cement grinding process is realized.The system greatly improves the production efficiency and product consistency of cement grinding.
