关于放顶煤液压支架的探讨

摘要 详细分析了正四连杆液压架、反四连杆液压支架、单摆杆液压支架、两柱掩护式支架等放顶煤液压支架的力学性能、综放效率、发展前景,并探讨了大采高液压支架、直线型与分体组合式液压支架在具体应用过程中的优势、适用条件以及需要改进设计的方向。 This paper analyzes in detail the mechanical properties, fully mechanized caving efficiency and development prospect of the hydraulic support for caving coal, such as the normal four-link hydraulic support, the inverse four-bar hydraulic support, the single swing rod hydraulic support and the two-pillar shield support, and probes into the large mining height hydraulic support. The advantages of linear and split-type hydraulic support in the process of application, the applicable conditions and the direction to improve the design.
