摘要
冬瓜山铜矿早期开采多采用阶段矿房法和浅孔留矿法,遗留了大量老采空区;该矿新区采用阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法生产,基本处于采充平衡状态,不存在采空区。结合现场勘查成果,详细分析了东、西狮子山矿段,大团山矿段,老鸦岭矿段,桦树坡矿段以及冬瓜山矿段的生产现状及采空区分布特征。在此基础上,结合矿山现有的充填系统,设计了采空区充填方案。研究表明:大团山矿段和桦树坡矿段宜采用灰砂比1∶6尾砂胶结充填和灰砂比1∶15尾砂微胶充填法进行采空区治理,老鸦岭矿段可全部采用灰砂比1∶15尾砂微胶充填采空区,冬瓜山铜矿新区宜采用灰砂比1∶6尾砂胶结充填和1∶15尾砂微胶充填采空区,也可与矸石充填法相结合对采空区进行治理。
Stage chamber mining method and shallow-hole shrinkage mining method are used in the early stage of Dongguashan Copper Mine,a large number goals are remained;the sublevel open-stope fill- ing mining method is adopted in the new mining area of Dongguashan Copper Mine, the goal of equilibri- um between mining and filling is realized, therefore, the goal is not existed in the new mining area. Based on the field investigation results, the production status and goaf distribution characteristics of East Shizis- ban and West Shizishan ore section, Datuanshan ore section, Laoyaling ore section, Huashupo ore section and Dongguashan ore section are studied. Based on the above discussion results, combing with the existing filling system of the mine, the detailed filling scheme of the goals existed in the above ore sections are de- signed. The study results show that railings cemented filling method ( cement-sand ratio is 1 : 6) and rail- ings microgel filling method (cement-sand ratio is 1: 15) can be used to deal with the goals in Datuans- ban ore section and Huashupo ore section;the goafs in Laoyaling ore section can be treated by only using railings microgel filling method (cement-sand ratio is 1:15 ) ;and railings cemented filling method (ce- ment-sand ratio is 1:6) ,railings microgel filling method (cement-sand ratio is 1: 15) and gangue filling method can be used to deal with the goafs in Dongguashan ore section.
