摘要
针对某矿长距离带式输送机在使用过程中保护开关易出现故障的问题,设计了一种基于恒流源的长距离输送机保护开关监测与定位装置,详细分析了输送机保护开关监测与定位系统的技术原理,讨论了输送机保护开关监测与定位方法,并对主控模块、系统复位电路、信号检测与数据采集转换、驱动电路等进行了设计,为矿山长距离输送机保护开关故障监测提供了有力支撑。
Aming at the protection switch malfunction easily existed in the process of long distance belt conveyor of a mine,a protection switch monitoring and positioning device based on constant cmwent source is designed, the basic technical principles of the conveyor protection switch monitoring and positio- ning system is analyzed in detail, and the methods of monitoring and locating of the conveyor protection switch are discussed,besides that, the main control module, system reset circuit, signal detection and data acquisition and conversion, and driving circuit are designed to provide support for monitoring the protec- tion switch malfunction of mines.
