摘要
随着人类的创造能力越来越强,信息的传递成本越来越低,传统互联网正在从信息互联网向价值互联网变迁,比特币正是在这样的大背景下应运而生。2017年8月以来,比特币价格大涨引发的投资浪潮将区块链技术带给越来越多的受众,助推了区块链产业的飞速发展。自从区块链作为战略性前沿技术被写入我国"十三五规划"以来,各地政府纷纷出台政策鼓励推动区块链技术引发区块链投资火热,ICO作为区块链生态系统的一种新型融资模式,获得了越来越广泛的热议。区块链技术革新始于比特币和数字金融行业,未来数字货币和区块链将成为一项不可或缺的基础设施,或将引领科技领域迈向新的高度,而智能互联时代的价值评估会愈发显得前瞻和重要。
Along with the mankind＇s creativity becoming more and more powerful,the cost of information transfer becomes more and more lower. The traditional internet is changing from information internet to value internet now. Bitcoin is emerging based on this background. Since the August of 2017,the price of bitcoin is rising vigorously and the blockchain technology is popularized widely. The blockchain industry is developing dramatically. The blockchain strategy has been written in the 13th Five-Year Plan. Local governments have promoted and invested in the blockchain technology. ICO is discussed widely as a new financing model for blockchain ecosystem. The reform of the blockchain technology has started from bitcoin and digital finance industry. In the future,digital currency and the blockchain will become an indispensable infrastructure,and maybe guide technology to a new height. Value assessment will become forward-looking and important in intelligent internet times .
