鼻内镜在外耳道胆脂瘤治疗中的应用

Application of nasal endoscope in external auditory canal cholesteatoma

目的探讨外耳道胆脂瘤经鼻内镜治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性总结分析2012年10月至2017年10月97例经临床和病理确诊的外耳道胆脂瘤在鼻内镜下治疗的手术技巧和效果。结果所有患者在鼻内镜下取出全部胆脂瘤,其中86例在耳内镜下一次性清除全部胆脂瘤。其余11例经2~5次,分次清理完成。术后随访1个月至3年,所有患者均未复发。结论经鼻内镜治疗外耳道胆脂瘤,具有视野清晰、安全、疗效可靠、减轻患者经济负担等优点,适合在基层医院开展。

Objective To explore the method and efficacy of nasal endoscope for external auditory canal cholesteatoma. Methods A retrospective summary was made on 97 cases confirmed as external auditory canal cholesteatoma by clinical and pathological examination and treated by nasal endoscope from October 2012 to October 2017 to analyze the operative techniques and efficacy. Results Among all patients, the cholesteatomas were removed completely under a nasal endoscope,of those,86 cases were completed for once under an endotoscope,and the remaining 11 cases were completed for 2 to 5 times. The postoperative follow-up for one month to three years revealed that the conditions on all patients were not recurrent. Conclusion The endoscopic sinus surgery of external auditory - canal cholesteatoma is suitable for primary hospitals due to the advantages of clear vision, safely, reliable efficacy and reduced economic burden for patients.
