一种板材下料问题的优化求解方法

摘要 针对单一板材下料问题,以传统的人工下料方法为基础,结合现实的切割方法和切割工艺特点,利用计算机辅助实现了下料方案的计算与选优。该方法处理过程无需编程和复杂的数学计算,而且,自然满足成品料下料时,原材料在横竖两个方向的"一刀切",使整个加工过程方便、快捷和高效。 Aiming at the cutting stock problem, based on the traditional manual cutting method, combined with the actual cutting method and cutting process characteristics, the computer aided calculation and optimization of the cutting plan are completed. The programming processing and complicated mathematical calculations are not needed in the method processing, and the method can naturally meet "guillotine cutting" when the raw materials are in horizontal and vertical direction, and can make the whole process convenient, fast and efficient.
