党的十九大吹响了决胜全面建成小康、夺取新时代中国特色社会主义伟大胜利的号角,明确必须坚定不移贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念。对于决胜全面建成小康社会难度较大的贵州民族地区来说,丰富多彩的少数民族传统手工艺品是加快发展的"宝贝",通过多年的传承保护和发展取得了明显的成效,但还存在许多发展中面临的困难和问题。必须要用创新发展的理念,不断创新保护发展的路径,切实做好少数民族传统手工艺品的传承、保护和发展,使其成为传承保护优秀的民族文化、帮助少数民族贫困群众脱贫致富奔小康的独特优势新兴产业。
