液滴撞击弹性固体过程的SPH方法仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 液滴撞击固体问题是自然界和工业生产中常见的现象,撞击过程中液滴的流动特性和固体结构的微变形情况较为复杂。为了研究液滴撞击固体结构的动力学特性,分析撞击过程中固液两相之间的相互影响,依据光滑粒子动力学(Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics,SPH)方法的基本原理和理论,采用连续介质力学的守恒控制方程,提出固液边界的耦合改进算法及密度修正,对牛顿液滴撞击弹性固体结构问题进行了数值仿真。仿真结果表明,上述数值方法能够精细地描述出撞击过程中液滴的形态变化和弹性固体结构的微变形情况,并探讨了具有不同粘性系数的液滴在撞击过程中的流变行为及对弹性固体变形的影响。 The problem of droplet impacting on solid structure is a common phenomenon in nature and industrial production. During the process of impacting, the flow characteristics of droplet and the micro deformation of solid structure are complicated. Aiming at obtaining the dynamic characteristics and the fluid-solid interaction of the im- pacting process, the governing equations of continuum mechanics based on the smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method were adopted, and an improved algorithm for solid-liquid boundary and the density correction wre proposed to simulate the problem of the Newtonian-fluiddroplet impacting elastic solid structure. The rheological be- havior of the droplet with different viscosity coefficient and the influence on the deformation of elastic solid were also analyzed. The simulation results show that this method can accurately describe the shape of the droplet and the micro deformation of the elastic solid structure.
