基于RPYS的用户体验研究综述

A Review of User Experience Based on RPYS

本文基于用户体验领域的现有研究成果,通过引入定量分析工具——参考文献出版年图谱(RPYS)来探索用户体验领域的经典著作,分析其交叉学科属性并研究该领域的历史根源和发展趋势,以弥补之前研究的不足。结果表明,用户体验最早可以追溯到人类行为学、美学、心理学等人文科学和信息论等信息技术学科,RPYS识别出的用户体验领域的重要年份2010年以及数篇核心著作均对用户体验领域的发展起到重要作用,并证明了RPYS用于分析学科的起源和演化的可操作性。

Based on the existing research results in the field of user experience, this paper explores the interdisciplinary attributes and studies the historical roots and development trends of the field by introducing the quantitative analysis tool Reference Publication Year Spectroscopy（RPYS） to make up for the inadequacies of previous studies. The results show that user experience can be traced back to the earliest humanities and information technology disciplines such as human behavior, aesthetics, and psychology. The important years of the user experience field and several core works identified by RPYS are of vital importance to the development of user experience, which demonstrates that RPYS can be used to analyze the origin and evolution of disciplines.
