情景模拟式教学在新护士护患沟通能力培养中的运用探讨

摘要 目的:探讨情景模拟式教学在新护士护患沟通能力培养中的应用价值。方法:研究参与对象为80例新入职护士,均为2012-2013级护生。采用抽签法分成两组,对照组40例,予以传统带教;实验组40例,同时予以情景模拟教学。观察两组新入职护士的带教情况,对新入职护士的护患沟通能力以及带教满意度评估、记录、比较。结果:实验组的沟通能力与对照组相比相对较好,差异显示P<0.05,有统计学意义;实验组的带教满意度与对照组比较相对更高,差异显示P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:在新入职护士科室轮转实习之前予以情景模拟式教学,可使新入职护士的护患沟通能力得到提高,提高了带教满意度。
