摘要
密歇根大学顶峰课程以"培养卓越的领导者"为目标,形成了独具特色的运作模式和培养机制。顶峰课程的运作模式具有培养计划体现社会服务的本土情怀与人类关怀、顶层组织展现人才培养的危机意识与全球视野、教学实施践行科学管理与卓越学术等特点。顶峰课程的培养机制是指课程实施层面的人才培养方式,其主要特点是:跨学科课程培养领导者的创新意识、合作与竞争机制丰富领导者的实战经验、卓越的师资引导领导者走向成功。密歇根大学"培养领导者"的顶峰课程给我们的启示是:高瞻远瞩,树立高远的教育目标;锦上添花,改进大四学生的教育;立德树人,培养学生的社会服务素养;追求卓越,发挥教学的重要作用。
The capstone course of the University of Michigan aims to"cultivate excellent leaders"and forms its unique mode of operation and training mechanism.In its mode of operation,its training program embodies social service with concern for local development and for human being;its top-plane design focus on talent training showing its consciousness of crisis and global perspective;and its implementation displays scientific management and academic excellence.The training mechanism refers to the mode of talent training at the level of courses.The main features include:the interdisciplinary curricula aim to cultivate leaders’ consciousness of innovation;the cooperation-competition mechanism aims to enrich leaders’ practical experience;the excellent faculty guarantees leaders to success.The implications from the capstone courses of the University of Michigan can be summarized as establishing lofty educational goals,improving the education of senior students,cultivating students’ competency of social service and exerting the significant function of teaching.
