摘要
采用反重力浇注方式,研究了不同Fe含量对ZL210A合金力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明,在避免其他因素影响的前提下,伸长率随Fe元素含量的提高而显著降低,抗拉强度次之,硬度基本不随Fe元素含量的变化而变化。随着Fe元素含量的增加,ZL210A中针状含Fe未溶相逐渐增加,导致伸长率和抗拉强度降低。
The effect of Fe content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL210 A by anti-gravity casting were studied.The results show that under the premise of avoiding the influence of other factors,elongation decreases significantly with the increase of Fe content,and the tensile strength is next,and the hardness does not change.With the increase of Fe element content,the acicular and insoluble Fe phase in ZL210 A gradually increases,and the elongation and tensile strength will decrease.
