摘要
80 t级铁路货车用后从板座铸造难度较大,生产中极容易出现缩孔、裂纹、夹砂、粘砂等铸造缺陷。针对后从板座的结构特点和材质特点,分析了形成铸造缺陷的原因,从工艺结构,浇注系统,冷却,原砂质量控制等方面,对铸造工艺不断进行优化完善,使产品铸造缺陷得到了很好的控制,保证了产品质量,达到了设计要求。
It was difficult to cast for the rear draft lug of the 80 t railway wagon.The casting defects such as shrinkage hole,crack,sand clip and sand sticking were easy to appear in the production.According to the structure characteristics and materials characteristics of the rear draft lug,the cause of formation of casting defects were analyzed,the process structure,gating system,cooling,the original sand quality control,the casting process optimization was continuously improved.The casting defects can be good controlled,and the product quality is ensured,the design requirement is reached.
