摘要
硅黄铜ZCuZn16Si4广泛用于制造泵壳、叶轮、水泵活塞和阀体等耐水压零件,渗漏是大型硅黄铜复杂阀体容易出现的问题。介绍了硅黄铜的特性,分析了大型分配阀壳的结构及可能产生的铸造缺陷,并给出了应对措施,探讨大型分配阀壳的砂型铸造工艺方案。结果表明,有效防止了冷隔夹层、缩裂疏松及氧化夹杂等缺陷产生,避免了分配阀壳渗漏情况,成功地进行了批量生产。
Silicon brass ZCu Zn16 Si4 is widely used in the manufacture of pump casing,impeller,pump piston,valve body and other water-resistant parts,leakage is a common problem in complex valve bodies of large silicon brass.The characteristics of silicon brass was introduced,the structure of large selector valve shell and the possible casting defects was analyzed,and the countermeasures are given,and the sand casting process of large selector valve shell was discussed.The results show that the defects such as cold insulation interlayer,loose shrinkage crack and oxidation inclusion are effectively prevented.The leakage of selector valve shell is avoided,and the mass production was successfully carried out.
