T2铜与Q235钢异种材料焊接温度场模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于MSC.Marc有限元软件,模拟研究了T2铜与Q235钢异种材料的焊接热过程。根据试件尺寸建立实体模型,采用双椭球移动热源模型对试件的温度场进行了三维动态模拟。研究了铜和钢焊接温度场的分布规律,分析热源作用位置的变化对铜和钢焊接温度场的影响。结果表明,数值模拟结果与理论和实验结果一致,验证了模拟方法的正确性。合理分布热源位置可有效改善铜和钢两侧的温度分布情况,一定程度上解决铜和钢物理性能差异大的问题。 The welding thermal process of the T2 copper and Q235 steel different materials was simulated by MSC.Marc finite element software.The solid model was established according to the specimen size,and a double-ellipsoid moving heat source model was used to simulate the temperature field of the specimen.The temperature field distribution and the effect of heat source position on the welding between T2 copper and Q235 steel were studied.The results show that the numerical simulation results are consistent with the theoretical and experimental results,the correctness of the simulation method is verified.The reasonable distribution of heat source can effectively improve the temperature distribution on both sides of copper and steel,which solve the problems of different physical properties of copper and steel in some extent.
