摘要
基于普通型航标船柴油发动机中传动轴的失效情况进行分析,针对传动轴现有感应淬火工艺进行优化。结果表明,通过磨损缺口分析、金相分析、扫描电镜分析、磨损量分析等方法,论证了优化感应淬火工艺对提升传动轴耐磨性的优越性,这一论证也通过ANSYS仿真分析得到了证实。
Based on the analysis of the failure condition of the transmission shaft in the diesel engine of the ordinary navigation ship,the current induction quenching process of the transmission shaft was optimized.The results show that the advantages of optimizing induction quenching process for improving the wear resistance of the driving shaft are demonstrated through the wear gap,metallographic,SEM and wear analysis,this argument is also verified through ANSYS simulation analysis.
