摘要 在连续碳纤维增强铝基复合材料的制备过程中,需要使用化学镀铜的方法处理连续碳纤维表面,以改善纤维与铝基体之间的化学相容性和湿润性,提高其界面结合强度,获得优质的Cf/Al基复合材料。结果表明,以硫酸铜为主要镀液、甲醛为还原剂,以酒石酸钾钠作为主要助剂、在严格控制p H值为12.5和镀液温度60℃的情况下,碳纤维可获得均匀细密的铜镀层。 In the preparation of continuous carbon fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites, the surface of continuous carbon fiber should be treated by electroless copper plating, to improve the chemical compatibility and wettability between fiber and aluminum matrix, and to improve the interracial bonding strength and obtain high quality Cf/AI matrix composites. The results show that the copper sulfate as the main solution and formaldehyde as the reducing agent, potassium sodium tartrate as main agent, in the strict control of pH value of 12.5 and plating solution under the condition of temperature 60℃, the carbon fiber can be obtained uniform and fine copper plating.
