温度对热带西太平洋活体浮游有孔虫Globigerinoides sacculifer生长的影响研究

EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE ON THE GROWTH OF THE PLANKTONIC FORAMINIFERA GLOBIGERINOIDES SACCULIFERIN THE TROPICAL WESTERN PACIFIC OCEAN

摘要 2016年2-4月搭乘"科学"号科学考察船对采自热带西太平洋海区的浮游有孔虫进行船上现场分离,分别在两种不同温度(22℃和27℃)下对Globigerinoides sacculifer进行单种培养,研究温度对G.sacculifer生长的影响。培养实验结果表明:G.sacculifer的个体生长受温度的影响显著,27℃下生长率(29.72μm/day)显著大于22℃(17.28μm/day)(P<0.05)。22-27℃之间的温度系数Q10为2.96,G.sacculifer体长每天增长约17.28~29.72μm,达到成体大小(~400μm)约需2周。本研究结果显示,热带西太平洋海区G.sacculifer的温度系数较高,表明其对温度的反应极为敏感。 In order to study the effects of temperature on the growth of planktonic foraminifera, living planktonic foraminifera collected from the tropical western Pacific Ocean were cultured on the R/V Kexue from February to April in 2016. Individual Globigerinoides sacculifer was cultured under 22℃ and 27℃. Results of culture experiment for individual G. sacculifer showed that growth of G. sacculifer was affected by different temperatures. The mean growth rate of G. sacculifer cultured individually at 27℃ (29.72 μm/day) was significantly higher than that of 22℃ (17.28 μm/day) (P〈0. 05), and the temperature coefficient (Q10) of G. sacculifer between 22℃ and 27℃ was 2.96. Adult G. sacculifer (-400μm) needs about 2 weeks to grow chambers with the growth rate of 17.28-29.72 μm/day. Our study showed the temperature coefficient (Q10) of G. sacculifer in the tropical western Pacific Ocean was high, indicating G. sacculifer was very sensitive to temperature.
