Differentiating and Treating Sleep Disorders Based on Treatise on Febrile Diseases

仲景以阴阳为纲,从三阴三阳辨证论治,不仅论述外感热病,并在其主症、兼证、变证等条文中论述治疗杂病,其中包括睡眠障碍性疾病:失眠和嗜睡。本文通过分析概括《伤寒论》条文,从虚实角度辨析睡眠障碍,进行详细的证候分类和阐述,发掘经方在现代临床中的应用特点,为现代治疗睡眠障碍提供辨证思路和治则治法。

ZHANG Zhongjing based on Yin and Yang channel,diagnosis and treatment from the three Yin channel and three Yang channel syndrome,not only discuss fever,but also miscellaneous diseases,including sleep disorder,insomnia and lethargy.This article through analyzing and summaring Treatise on Febrile Diseases,analyzing sleep disorders from the angle of deficiency syndrome and empirical evidence,conduct detailed identification of the syndromes,discover the clinical application,to provide a dialectical thought and cure for the modern treatment of sleep disorder.
