摘要
目的:观察加味吴茱萸汤对自发性高血压大鼠的降压作用及对血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响。方法:采用自发性高血压大鼠模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的加味吴茱萸汤提取物,连续8周。测定给药2、4、8周大鼠尾动脉血压及8周后血管紧张素Ⅱ的含量。结果:与模型对照组相比,加味吴茱萸汤高剂量组能降低大鼠尾动脉血压,有显著性差异(P<0.05),血管紧张素Ⅱ含量降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味吴茱萸汤对自发性高血压大鼠具有降压作用,通过降低血管紧张素Ⅱ可能是其作用机制之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of Modified Evodia Decoction on the blood pressure and the level of angiotensin II in spontaneously hypertensive rats. Methods: The rat models of spontaneously hypertensive rats were given intragastric administration with different doses of Evodia Decoction for 8 weeks. The blood pressure of tail artery and the content of angiotensin II8 weeks after administration at 2,4 and 8 weeks were measured. Results: Compared with the model controlled group,the high dose group of Modified Evodia Decoction could reduce the blood pressure of the tail artery of the rat( P〈0. 05),and the content of angiotensin II decreased,and there was a significant difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Modified Evodia Decoction has antihypertensive effect on spontaneously hypertensive rats,and it may be one of its mechanisms by decreasing angiotensin II.
