归肾汤合琥珀散治疗肾虚血瘀型卵巢巧克力样囊肿临床疗效及护理观察

Clinical Effect And Nursing Observation of Using Guishen Decoction and Amber Powder in the Treatment of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Ovarian Chocolate Cyst

目的:归肾汤合琥珀散在肾虚血瘀型卵巢巧克力样囊肿患者护理实践中的应用效果观察。方法:将126例肾虚血瘀型卵巢巧克力样囊肿患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各63例,对照组患者术后行常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理的基础上,加归肾汤合琥珀散辅助治疗,共治疗3个月,随访6至12个月。比较两组患者的临床症状积分、血清CA125水平、中医治疗疗效、不良反应发生情况和复发情况。结果:研究结果显示,研究组治疗后症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组间治疗前后差值比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后3个月及停药后3个月CA125水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为88.89%显著高于对照组治疗总有效率的76.19%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组停药6个月后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将归肾汤合琥珀散应用于卵巢囊肿剔除术的护理实践,可降低CA125水平,改善临床症状,提高治疗效果,减少不良反应发生率和远期复发率。

Objective： To observe the effect of using Guishen Decoction and Amber Powder in the nursing practice of the patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type ovarian chocolate cyst. Methods： 126 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of ovarian chocolate cyst were divided into study group and controlled group,63 cases in each group,the controlled group patients received routine nursing care,patients in the study group on the basis of routine nursing plus Guishen Decoction combined with huposan adjuvant therapy,a total of 3 months of treatment,follow-up to 612 months. The clinical symptom score of the two groups,the level of serum CA125,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the occurrence of adverse reaction and the recurrence were compared. Results： The results showed that the symptom scores of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）,with statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment difference difference（ P〈0. 05）; The study group after treatment for 3 months and 3 months after discontinuation of CA125 levels lower than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）; The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88. 89%,it was significantly higher than the controlled group,which was 76. 19%（ P〈0. 05）; The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）,the study group with 6 months after drug withdrawal recurrence rate was lower than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of using Guishen Decoction and Amber Powder in the nursing of ovarian cyst removal can reduce the level of CA125,improve the clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the long-term recurrence rate.
