摘要
目的 :为证实大颗粒小泡 (L GV)参与突触传递的学说、为痛觉生理学的研究提供形态学依据 ,用形态和机能相结合的方法观察了延长针刺时间后 L GV在抑痛过程中于突触部位的胞吐。方法 :用辐射热致痛、针刺镇痛 ,并延长针刺时间 ,电镜下观察、记录了 LGV于突触部位的胞吐。结果 :观察发现 ,实验组动物中枢神经内有较多的 L GV于突触部位胞吐其内含的递质 ,实验组与对照组比较有显著的统计学意义。在高频率、较长时间的针刺过程中 LGV于突触部位的胞吐增加。结论 :L GV可能通过于突触部位的胞吐参与了痛的调节过程。
Objective:To verify the synaptic transmission by exocytosis from the large granular vesicles(LGV) and to provide morphological evidence for pain physiological studies,the method of combining the physiology with physiological function was used to investigate the exocytosis from LGV at the synapses.Method:The pain induced by thermal radiation,relieved by prolonging the acupuncture analgesia time ,the exocytosis was observed and recorded under the electron microscope.Result:Relatively more profiles of exocytosis from LGV were observed in experimental group.Strikingly statistical difference existed between control and experinental groups.A lot of exocytosis profiles were observed at the synapses induced by prolonging acupuncture analgesia time.Conclusion:LGV may be involved in pain regulation by releasing their contents into the synaptic cleft.
